Position Description  Highly proficient Business Analyst II is required    

Skills Required  Proficiency with Adobe Professional Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop Strong Communication Skills Strong Analytical Skills and Understanding Strong Skills in Microsoft Productivity Software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio)   

Skills Preferred  Strong technical exposure to databases, data dictionaries and functional requirements documents Comfortable teaching end-users best practices for testing/QA. Strong technical exposure to databases, data dictionaries and functional requirements documents Application Development skills (coding)   

Experience Required  Experience conferring complex technical explanations to end users using clear and understandable language Editorial experience Experience with generation of fillable forms and data collection techniques Experience with screen capture software Experience writing user acceptance test scripts Experience coordinating and performing user acceptance testing Experience participating in application integration testing Experience creating test data Experience documenting technical issues and bugs Creating comprehensive application patch & version notes Training documentation design   

Experience Preferred  Experience with task management documentation systems (i.e. JIRA, Basecamp, Redmine) Graphic design experience   

Education Required  4 year degree from accredited College or University
