Key Responsibilities for the Office Management team:
• Manage the logistics setup for the FWISGPO onboarding process of new hires, transfer and terminations
• Assist with space & occupancy requests based on new hires
• Update documentation for the Onboarding and Office Management functions, as necessary
• Provide general Office Management support, including Hotel system and Central Supply Management
• Assist with general support for Regional Div. Management activities and events, as needed
• If required, assist admins with conference room bookings for FWISGPO teams in NY Metro
Qualification & Skills:
• Highly motivated and works independently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to exercise good judgement, multi-task and problem solve
• Strong emphasis on Client Service support
• Must be flexible with assigned duties and hours
• B.A or B.S degree preferred
• Recent college grad or 1-3 years working experience desirable
• Prior experience at Morgan Stanley a plus
