Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Maintain and manage two executives’ calendars, travel and meetings:   Coordinate cross functional and global meetings and domestic/international travel arrangements.  Responsible for all meeting logistics including room reservations, AV, catering, etc.
Answer phones and refer questions to appropriate personnel.
Maintain SharePoint sites and other technology resources where relevant information is stored.
Assist in the formatting and structural creation and clean-up of documents and presentations.
Participate in Executive meetings and leadership meetings and take minutes and notes, recording actions for distribution.
Assist Executive in other key meetings, such as company programs, project initiatives, etc.
Interface with other supporting cross functional teams within H.R. and business organizations to answer questions and help resolve issues in support of the team responsibilities.
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers while building strong business relationships
Collaborate with team members on “ad hoc” projects.

A minimum of 5 years’ experience with 3+ years of Executive/Senior Management support with a global enterprise corporation.
Experience in communicating and interacting with executive level personnel.
Project management experience including tracking and reporting skills in a dynamic fast paced environment.
Experience managing confidential and private information with discretion, judgement and diplomacy.
Experience working with and scheduling Executive presentations, meetings, conferences, global travel arrangements, calendar management, organizing timely submission of key reports and presentations for executive meetings.
Proven experienced working with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Web conferencing, Concur and other systems.
Familiarity with Enterprise software such as Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, and similar.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
Ability to exercise initiative and good judgment in ambiguous situations.
Makes constructive use of feedback from others.  Seeks out answers and resources.
Detailed-oriented, organized approach to performing and reviewing work.  Collaborative and proactive team player.  Self-directed.

Successful candidates have developed their capabilities through a combination of classroom and work experience.  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
