JOB DESCRIPTION

Duties:
The creative Project Manager provides support to the marketing Departments' creative request process under ID8. Responsible for managing creative projects for Consumer, CRM, Partner Marketing, EB, Breach and Sales divisions. 
The main aspect of the job is to help manage creative requests from intake of the creative brief through to filing the final asset for archive.  Requests could come from clients in the marketing department or from other internal departments.  The person in this role will create, maintain and document project plans and timelines by collaborating with various Business partners and end-users.  They will meet regularly with clients to prioritize workload so that the business is working on relevant projects that align with company objectives, and they will report out to communicate the latest business priorities.  They will help facilitate hot projects so that the business can be nimble to capitalize on important opportunities.  They will identify, create and update processes to enable efficiencies and company cost savings. They will have a solid understanding of the business to proactively identify synergies across the company.

Create and execute marketing project management and development plans across multiple initiatives and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Lead and meet goals of creative projects and initiatives with varying degrees of size and scope.
Partner with initiative owners’ to gather, define and refine the brief/scope/requirements/solutions.
Maintain documentation including, project plans, timelines, recap, feedback, action items and more.
o Establish and maintain cross-functional relationship and communication at all levels of the organization.
o Facilitate the project prioritization process among designated clients.
o Identify risks and develop risk mitigation plans.
o Collaborate with the Business and internal Clients to properly manage change and ensure communication paths are clearly defined and executed.
o Identify, update and/or create processes to enable workflow efficiencies, create (ROI) efficiencies and cost savings for the company.
o Participate in weekly project/creative/legal reviews to create and determine feasibility of timetables and monitoring progress.
o Conduct post project analysis identifying best practices and opportunities for improvement. Assist in the optimization of resource allocation.
o Adhere to compliance processes. Make recommendations to improve such processes.
o Develop and own project methodology and governance standards and procedures.

Education:

Bachelors degree, applicable certification and relevant experience required
5 years business experience
o 2 years of relevant work experience in Marketing Operations & Trafficking
Prior experience in Project & Process Management
Prior experience with B2C and B2B marketing
Prior usage of Workamajig or equivalent Project Management/Trafficking Tool
Familiarity with digital marketing preferred
Familiarity with Adobe programs, HTML a plus
