Working with PS HCM 9.* (Any version of 9 will be accepted, they are working on 9.2)

Job Summary
Our Client has deployed a common HR/Core and Payroll system for roughly 15,000 of the nearly 200,000 employees and is preparing to bring the remaining employees live on the shared system in waves through 2019.  Our Client is the system’s service center and has launched various initiatives to streamline operations.  In initiating these activities, this position has been created to help fulfill the mission.
This position is expected to work as a part of our Clients Center’s Quality Team, helping to identify, design & test various PeopleSoft HCM modifications to help improve Production operations.
Job Requirement & Responsibilities
This resource will be asked to own the following key tasks as it relates to this initiative.
Work with Production Operation resources to gather requirements
Identify short term “gaps” that can be met PeopleSoft modification
Design modifications
Prepare test plans for development
Deploy & maintain developed tools
The responsibilities described above are the essential functions of the job.  The qualifications below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required. 
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Expert in PeopleSoft HCM Functional Modules is needed (WFA, PY, BN, CA)
5+ years of hands on experience with PeopleSoft HCM
Expertise in writing ad-hoc queries using PS Query and SQL
Proficient in MS Office tools
Should be able to perform successfully as a team player in a team setting by aligning to the overall priorities of the project and direction from leads.
Strong critical thinking, problem solving, negotiation and facilitation skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with variety of people to accomplish goals and support others.
Should be proactive in completing the job assigned with little direction and be adaptable to changing job requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
Prior experience of Higher Education or Healthcare is preferred.
