Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5 –7 years of work experience, or equivalent. 

"Experienced project manager to manage and drive multiple projects related to computer/printer labs, product development and support, and Information Technology services and tools.
Primary project: Experienced project manager needed to balance and track activities between a remodeling schedule and the work activities of the occupants. Primarily this individual will advocate for the occupants while working with the project managers of the prime contractor.
He or she will need to understand both the construction plans and the schedule needs of the tenant workers in detail.
He or she will report to a tenant supervisor who will provide continuous guidance.
The ideal candidate will have project management experience in the construction field, particularly in major industrial remodeling/reconstruction areas like HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lead abatement, structural reinforcement.
The tenants who he or she will represent work in a technology laboratory and must move office space, work space, heavy, and delicate equipment temporarily without seriously affecting their delivery schedules.
Both the remodeling and the laboratory activities can run late, and therefore a rebalancing of both schedules must be achieved.
This individual must have excellent communication and data organization skills, using the Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and CAD. It will be necessary to update stakeholders frequently.
He or she will also be involved in the budgeting and purchasing process. Significant value will be placed on the individual’s personal skills of motivating others, maintaining positive relationships, making assignments, following-up, managing conflict, and clearly communicating plans."
