Candidate Responsibilities
As a Data Quality Support Analyst, you will contribute to support of current critical data and assist with the validation of data for the digital platform.
Maintain existing data quality scorecard measurements
Resolve exceptions with data owners and both internal and external source systems
Build relationships with external dealers to resolve XML issues and data quality issues
Complete data comparisons and analysis to identify and resolve data quality issues

Typical Day
As a Data Quality Support Analyst, you will be working with the Data Quality team to identify and prioritize data quality issues to work.
Work with dealers to resolve data quality issues via email and phone.
Support ETL data mappings and update as needed to resolve data quality issues.
Build trust with dealers to identify and resolve data quality.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, management information systems, or related degree required.
8-10 years related experience required.

Technical Skills
1+ years experience supporting ETL scripts and design
3+ years of proven experience with SQL development experience
1+ years of software development experience with object-oriented/object function scripting languages: Python, Java, Javascript, C++, Scala, etc
1+ years of experience building and executing BI reports in tools such as Tableau and PowerBI
Experience using Microsoft Office tools to complete the following tasks: Excel and CSV files for data comparisons, SharePoint for documentation and communications, etc.
XML and JSON file format knowledge

Soft Skills
Strong ability to effectively and tactfully communicate orally and in writing, integrating non-technical terms with management, internal business partners and external dealers for information and reporting delivery solutions
Good organizational skills and an aptitude for complex analytical and detailed work; ability to prioritize among multiple concurrent projects in order to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
Ability to work collaboratively in a complex, rapidly changing, and culturally diverse environment.
